We also provide the resources to: research the city and schools before moving, get pre-approved for your next mortgage, find your ideal new home or pre-owned home and connect your utilities before you move in. We provide all of this and more without requiring you to speak to an agent. We understand that sometimes you just want to browse on your own but our representatives will always be there to help when you are ready to ask!
Texas Home Central is not a real estate brokerage. Instead, we build relationships with the top local real estate agents regardless of brokerage to ensure that our customers receive the best representation. Why do we operate this way?
1. Real estate brokerages do not sell homes, home-owners do!
Brokerages do not personally list homes or work with buyers, agents do. If an agent from ABC Realty does a great job for you in Austin, that doesn’t mean that every agent from the same Realty group in Dallas / Fort Worth will also do a good job for you. The brokers name on the sign doesn’t matter, the name badge on the agent does.
2. Experience absolutely matters!
Some agents will charge 6% to sell a home and they are worth it. Others will charge 4% and not only do they not earn it, but they can actually cost the sellers money by giving them bad advice and preventing the sellers from receiving good representation. Brokerages have a mix of new agents, experienced agents, good agents, bad agents, and so on.
